Alan has been working in property and finance since 1980, bringing over four decades of industry experience to every client he works with.
Throughout his career, he has advised clients across both UK and overseas markets, helping individuals, investors, and businesses secure funding for a wide range of property ventures. His extensive knowledge of commercial finance, development funding, and property investment allows him to navigate even the most complex lending scenarios with confidence.
In recognition of his expertise and achievements, Alan was awarded Broker of the Year by Taylor Woodrow in 2006.
Alan believes that good advice is built on relationships. Taking a traditional, personal approach to broking, he prefers to meet clients face to face wherever possible, taking the time to understand their circumstances and goals before recommending a solution.

Gemma entered the mortgage industry in 2019 as a Case Manager before progressing into mortgage advising as a Broker in 2024.
